In 2005, the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) awarded the reconstruction of the RC Wharf of Port of Cagayan de Oro to Marra Builders, Inc. The contract includes demolition of damaged parts and reconstructing the superstructure by driving new piles and placing new fenders and mooring bollards. Also, an underwater photography of 260 meters containment wall was taken to investigate the underwater condition. The project was completed on time and on budget.
